Please describe your overall preferences on wine.
Tell us about some of your favorites, let us know if you like reds, whites, sparking, rose, etc… Anything that will help us understand what types of wines to aim for.
Describe your perfect day.
Keep in mind, things like "beautiful wineries", "good wine", "enjoy the views" etc are baseline. Everybody gets that. Think of specifics if there are any such as - "we would like to taste library wines", "I only drink white wine", or "I would like to learn about the winemaking process" or whatever unique considerations you might think of.
Let’s talk frankly about your budget.
There are a variety of price points for both tasting fees and bottles to be found, tell us what you are comfortable with. Average tasting fees are around $30-$60 while others come in at the $60-$80 range. Most bottle prices are around $40-$60 while premium wines can be upwards of $100. Give us a sense of where your budget falls in these parameters.
Let's Talk About Lunch
Regarding lunch: each day we have a number of options available to us for food. We understand that you’re going to get hungry and ensuring that you have a convenient and delicious option for lunch is at the top of our list of priorities. The best way for us to deal with lunch is for you to allow us to simply make a judgement call on what the best option will be based on the itinerary that we’ve crafted for you. This might entail sandwiches to go from a local cafe, small bites at the wineries themselves, or taking advantage of lunch platters or things of this nature. There is another distinct option for lunch, and that would be planning a visit at one of the wineries that hosts a more elaborate wine and food pairing experience, but these experiences are limited availability, and they tend to run somewhere around $100-$150 per person.
Kick back, relax, and let us work our magic to make sure you get a delicious, casual, and economical lunch.
We are interested in a more elaborate wine and food pairing experience.
Either of the above options work for us.
We have an entirely different expectation for lunch. (Please describe below)
Describe your experience.
Finally, please list any dietary restrictions in the group and how many people in the group have those restrictions:
Let’s talk about purchasing wine
The fact of the matter is wineries see customers in two distinct groups, buyers, and non-buyers. Both are welcome on our tours, but knowing which camp you’re in can really help us bring you to the right spots. Give us a sense of whether you and your group might like to make purchases of wine to bring home, and if so, how much, and what will you be most likely to purchase?
Anything else you'd like to share with us that might help us envision the perfect day for you?
Do you understand that tasting fees are not included in the cost of the tour?
